There is a point many people reach where something no longer makes sense.

They may have had treatment.
They may have improved in certain ways.
They may even understand their body relatively well.

And yet, something remains.

Not always clearly defined.
Not always consistent.
But present enough to feel unresolved.

At this stage, the issue is rarely a lack of effort.
More often, it is that what is being looked at is only part of the picture.

Symptoms can be approached structurally.
They can be approached psychologically.
They can be managed or worked around.

But if the wider pattern isn't fully understood, how physical responses, nervous system activity, and lived experience are interacting, then things may improve temporarily, but not settle.

This is often where the frustration begins.
Because there is progress.
But not resolution.

The work at this stage is not about doing more.
It is about seeing more clearly.
And allowing what is already happening to be followed through, rather than interrupted.
