Not more treatment, a different kind of understanding.
My training is in osteopathy, but the work I do is not osteopathy in the conventional sense. It is more integrated than that, drawing on physical, neurological and experiential understanding to work with what is actually maintaining a problem.
The focus is not on providing more treatment. It is on understanding what hasn't yet been understood, and working through it in a way that allows things to properly follow through and settle.
This approach may be relevant where symptoms relate to physical patterns, anxiety, confidence, emotional responses, or how these things are affecting daily life and relationships.
I work in a contained and integrated way, not as a series of isolated appointments, but as a defined piece of work.
Much of this work can be carried out remotely, where continuity matters more than location. I work with clients in Somerset and London in person, and by video where that is more appropriate.
For individuals whose symptoms, anxiety, confidence or emotional patterns are not resolving. A defined piece of work over a structured period, with continuity built in.
For high-functioning clients, founders, or those requiring a more intensive and comprehensive container. Includes in-person intensive, video sessions and WhatsApp continuity over 8–12 weeks.
For clients who have completed an intensive and wish to maintain ongoing support. This is not offered as a starting point, it follows established work.
The structure is intentionally simple. It is designed to allow depth, continuity and the kind of follow-through that isolated sessions rarely permit.
Work is carried out in a contained format over a defined period, allowing patterns to be properly understood, worked through and given time to stabilise.
The aim is not symptom management. It is resolution, or at least a much clearer understanding of what is happening and why.
Many people find that, over the course of the work, things settle in a more consistent way than they have through previous approaches.
